We finally get to meet our biking family on Saturday. Sunday we dip our rear wheels in the Pacific Ocean and start heading East. We can't wait to get the show on the road.

ReplyDeleteWelcome to Southern California!!! I’m know that you are raring to get started. I live about 50 miles east of LA; actually your first day’s ride will pass about 1.5 mile from my house in the Santa Ana Canyon, about 5 miles from your SAG stop at Green River.
I'm planning to come out to Riverside on Monday morning to see the group off. If I can rearrange a few afternoon items, I think I’ll join you all and ride the first 25-30 miles and then return to Riverside.
In any event, good luck on the tour. It is a great adventure and you picked the right company to ride with. Tracy, Robin, Carol and Tom are the best!! Say Hi to them from Michele (wife) and I.
